- Dirty laundry can be dropped off between 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm.
- Please ensure that all dirty laundry is placed in the designated USS blue laundry bag. This bag will include your student's name, assigned drop-off location, and a QR code for our team to easily identify and process.
- Your USS blue laundry bag can be picked up on the first day of laundry.
- Clean laundry is available for pick-up the following scheduled date between 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm. *If you go to pick-up your clean laundry prior to 5:30 pm, it will not be available.*
- Forgotten laundry will remain locked away in a secure location on campus and you can pick it up on the next scheduled laundry date.
- Laundry is a weekly service. Please view our calendars below to ensure we are still operating if there is a Holiday or Campus closure!
- Upon registration, students are paying for 15 loads of laundry to be dropped off for the entire semester. Should students wish to drop off additional laundry after reaching the 15-load limit, a charge will be applied to the card on file for each additional drop-off.
- This additional charge is dependent on the time you placed your order. Any questions please email our office at info@uandss.com.
- Students are kindly reminded to keep track of the number of loads they have dropped off. If there are any inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office at info@uandss.com during our business hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm so that we can assist you with your account information.
