The registration fee of $40.00 is non-refundable. The registration fee grants you access to complimentary packing supplies. It is important to note that this fee does not include any storage costs.

After pick-up, an electronic pick-up ticket/invoice is sent to the billing email. Carefully review the inventory ticket, including pictures and descriptions of all items collected, and report any inconsistencies to USS immediately. If any discrepancies are not promptly reported to USS within 24 hours, we will be unable to address and resolve the issue.
The storage fees will then be automatically charged to the card you used during registration immediately after we have collected your items. The cost of storage depends on the number of items you decide to store. In the event that your card is unable to process the payment, we will send you a text and email with a payment link.
- Storage items are stored for 4-month minimum term. This calculation is determined by the month in which we collect the items until the month in which they are returned.
- Items cannot be retrieved at any point during the 4-month term, except for students at Tulane University who choose an early Summer delivery option.
- If you choose to have a Mid-Summer delivery while attending Tulane University, please be aware that this does not reduce the cost of your storage. The cost of your storage is determined solely by the number of items you choose to store.

- To avoid any additional charges, it is crucial to review the pricing page for your University. Please note that items such as boxes, bags, totes, trunks, or suitcases must not exceed the 50lb weight limit. Going over this limit will incur a fee of $100.00 per overweight item, in addition to the storage cost of each item.
- If storage fees remain unpaid for 30 days, the account is marked as a donation due to non-payment. We kindly ask for prompt payment to avoid this situation.
- The pick-up dates will be closed 48 hours in advance unless all available time slots are filled prior to that. Once all the time slots are filled or the date is closed, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to accommodate any further requests for that specific date and time.
- Mid-Summer pick-ups are unavailable unless otherwise stated on the scheduling form.
- If the date is not listed on the scheduling form, we do not offer it!
- Whether you're currently living on-campus or off-campus, we absolutely need you to be present for the pick-up!
- Students attending Tulane University are exempted from the requirement to be present during pick-up.

- Students residing on campus are not required to be present for delivery. Your university staff will coordinate the delivery process to ensure that all items are safely placed in your room before your arrival.
- Fraternities and sororities must plan and schedule a delivery date.
- Students who reside off campus in an apartment or house will need to make arrangements and select a delivery date.
- Mid-Summer deliveries are unavailable unless otherwise stated on the scheduling form.
- Delivery during the Fall or Spring (in case you decide to extend your storage) is offered at no cost as long as your location is within a 2-mile radius of the University. However, if your location falls within a distance of 2-5 miles, an additional fee ranging from $200.00 to $300.00 will be applied.

If you are needing to change your date, please email us at info@uandss.com. Dates are first come first service, we cannot guarantee the date you want will be available. Once dates have reached capacity, we cannot alter it. - What is included in your packing supply kit?
5 heavy duty boxes, 18x18x24 in size and 1 roll of packing tape! If any additional boxes/tape are needed you can purchase more from us at our tent locations. - Do we have to use your supplies?
No, you do not. You can utilize your personal duffel bags, suitcases or bins if you'd like. Please just be mindful of the items that have a weight limit of 50lbs to avoid being charged a $100.00 overweight fee. - Can I schedule a specific time within the chosen time frame?
Scheduling a specific time within the chosen time frame is not an option. - Do you contact us before arrival or just show up?
We will contact you 15-20 min prior to arrival. Please make sure you are watching your phones to avoid any potential reschedule or reroute fees ($40.00 - $75.00). - Do you offer short-term storage?
Unfortunately, we don't offer short-term storage. Once your items are stored, they cannot be accessed at any point during the 4-month storage term. So, make sure you have everything you need before we pick up your belongings! - I left something in my boxes, can I go get it?

No problem, we store for 4 month terms! If you need to extend past August, the items will remain in storage from August - December. Please just email us at info@uandss.com.
